
Lightly mix 6 oz ground beef with a pinch of salt to make patties. Then sprinkle each patty with cumin, oregano, and chili powder before cooking. (I also added some French onion soup mix to each patty.)
Preheat grill to high. Lightly brush the grate and each patty with canola oil. Grill about 4 minutes per side.
Serve on a soft bun with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips, lettuce and cheddar.
Enjoy with friends! Very delicious. We may have round 2 very soon.
