Well, after months of hoping and waiting and waiting and hoping... BJ's is finally opening in Waco! Ever since I moved here I've been missing BJ's, which you may know is my favorite restaurant. Then one day, the rumors started! But... could they be true??
Well, when a friend of mine told me that she was getting kicked out of her office because they were going to tear down the building to build a BJ's, I knew that it must be true!
I saw the building get demolished, saw them dig the hole, pour the slab, put up the frame. And slowly but surely, it started to take shape. And it was going to be a BJ's indeed!
And here we are, 4 days from the grand opening! I had the privilege of attending a soft opening today for lunch as part of their staff training. Boy was it exciting to finally be at BJ's... in Waco!!!
Go ahead and dream, people. It very well may come true!
